The Public Surplus Store is open Friday, July 11, 2008, 10 am - 3 pm.
The Public Surplus Store sells
surplus items generated by all University of Connecticut departments.
It is open one day a month to the general public, all University Staff, and to students. Items available at the Public Surplus Store
change on a monthly basis.
The Public Surplus Store is
located at the Depot Campus in the old Mail Services Building,
6 Ahern Lane / Route 44 Middle Turnpike, Storrs (Mansfield Depot).

All sales are CASH ONLY.
Checks and credit cards are not accepted.

All items are sold "As
Is." No guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, is
provided. Returns, trades, or refunds are not permitted.

Items not removed at the
time of the sale may be picked up on the following Monday or
Tuesday, by appointment only. Receipt must be shown at the time
of pick up.

Items not picked up will
be put back in the store for resale.
- Items may not be exactly
as labeled. Every effort is made to ensure accurate labeling,
however we are not responsible for incorrectly marked items.

Copiers include Xerox, Cannon, Konica, Ricoh, and Risograph.
Prices range from $200 to $400.
Computer Systems
Computers include Pentium III, Pentium IV, Apple G3, and laptops.
All desktop units come with a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
Computer prices range from $40 to $250.
Monitors
Monitors include HP, Sony,
Gateway, and many more.
Mac Monitors are also available.
Prices starting at $15.
Computer mice, keyboards,
cables, and speakers are also available.
File cabinets priced from $10 per
drawer.
Shelving
 
Metal Shelving is priced at $7 per shelf.
Chairs
We have all types of chairs:
folding, standard, desk,
kitchen /dining room, rolling, and antique.
Prices range from $2 to $40.
OTHER PRODUCTS:
The Public Surplus Store also
has tables of all sizes, office furniture, typewriters,
projectors, book shelves, and much more.
